During uninstallation tick the Remove my Firefox personal data and customizations box. ![]() If the Web Threat Shield itself is malfunctioning in any way, Webroot Support will be able to investigate and assist. Go to Windows Control Panel>Programs & Features, find the Mozilla Firefox entry, select it and uninstall it. Webroot Support does not troubleshoot GPO and will not be able to answer GPO related questions. it is just not there and I really want it off. There is one problem to it - there is no way to uninstall it from 'add-ons' window. ![]() It worked as it should have and did what it promised. More information on GPO is available from Microsoft. Reason why: I installed one plug in that removes all the icons from the mozilla firefox toolbar. It assumes that you have experience with GPO and it is recommended that you do before proceeding.
